This connector conforms to the Acroname Serial Interface Standard allowing it to be used with several different devices. The TTL side is also 3.3V tolerant if you are using lower voltage circuits than 5V.

We no longer host the drivers in our download section to avoid confusion for the newer S22 users. These drivers can be found on the Silicon Labs website at www.silabs.com. We find them easily by typing "drivers" in the search feature of that website.

Dimensions

There are two LED's on the board. Red indicates the 4-pin connector (BrainStem in many cases) is providing 5V power to the adapter. The yellow light indicates that the host (USB side) has a valid transmit line.
