Business Development Representative (BDR)

The Business Development Representative (BDR) reports to the head of sales and is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and recruiting new Acroname customers.

The BDR efficiently executes a formal, proven, and repeatable sales process while helping to advance and refine the same process. The BDR is a confident self-starter who thrives on autonomy and enjoys generating new business by confidently conveying Acroname value propositions to new customers in numerous verticals. The BDR is a valued teammate who works collaboratively with Account Managers and a cross functional team to translate customer insights into new sales campaigns that generate growth. The BDR is instrumental to the Acroname commercial plan, and the successful candidate has strong opportunity for advancement.

Acroname’s innovative culture is not reserved to the engineering team. The ideal BDR candidate needs to be excited to test new tools and methods for generating and using enticing customer qualification content such as AI (chatGPT), automated email, and quick research tools while keeping in touch with the personalized art of “the sell”.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven success in B2B sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with modern CRM.
  • Ability to work out of the Boulder office 2+ days a week.
  • Proven contributor on a high performing team.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience selling technical products to a technical buyers.
  • LinkedIn Navigator experience.
  • Never satisfied, enjoys process improvement.
  • Writes dangerous bad but useful Python, Excel, or Google Sheets scripts.
  • Bike commute to work.
