Programmable USB
Acroname's unique line of programmable USB products help automated tedious USB port handling and monitoring tasks. Simplify and automate USB testing in manufacturing test, validation, regression or stress testing of your USB products.
USBHub3c gives developers and engineers full control to validate, control, and test the limits of devices built on the Power Delivery and USB-C specification.
USBHub3+ is a 9-port USB 5Gbps hub with 2 host connections with a rugged steel housing, ESD protected design and nearly unlimited power output.
The USBHub2x4 is a 4-port software-programmable 480Mbps (USB 2.0) hub that is designed for demanding industrial environments where advanced control and monitoring of USB ports is required. This is very useful in testing or development environments where standard “always-on” behavior of a consumer-grade USB hub is not desirable.
Software package which allows editing of the local Power Data Objects (PDOs).
Provides PD transaction logging for all PD communications on all ports of the USBHub3c
Provides software and API access to enable external load interfaces on the USBHub3c. Available for both Pro and Lab editions.
Provides USBHub3c software and API access to override Vbus voltage set points and current limits. Used in testing a device's response to incorrect Vbus voltages after USB-PD negotiation.
ControlRoom provides a real-time view of your system's connected USB devices once a licensed USBHub3+ is connected. ControlRoom helps identify and manage your USB peripherals, storage devices, and other USB-connected hardware. Combining ControlRoom with the USBHub3+ enables the ability to unplug-plug cycle USB devices without entering a room or reaching into physically challenging spaces to access cabling. Additional diagnostics include speed issues, connectivity issues, bad USB cables, and other performance metrics.
Software package which enables Qualcomm Quick Charge (QC2, QC3) support on ports 0-5.
A software add-on feature to enable control of the USBHub3c via RS232 serial interface on the external expansion header.
The USB-C Coaxial Universal Orientation Cable (UOC) enables automated testing of flipping USB-C connections. When used with the USB-C-Switch or USBHub3c, this cable provides an orientation-agnostic connection. It is built with low-loss coaxial wires for the USB SuperSpeed data lines to ensure the highest possible signal integrity in your USB-C test system. C67-USBC-UOC is a specialized USB-C UOC cable used for flip testing of USB-C end devices (cameras, flash drives, development boards) which short the USB 480Mbps A and B side D+/D- lines at the USB-C connector. Products which implement fully separated D+/D- connections for each side of the USB-C connector should use the C70-USB-UOC.

Used for connecting external electronic loads to the USBHub3c for VBUS load testing. It features separate screw terminals for VBUS passthrough from each USB Type-C port (0 through 5). While this board provides a physical wiring interface to access each VBUS channel, the USBHub3c External Load Feature is required to enable VBUS outputs on the USBHub3c. Included with purchase of a USBHub3c with External Load add-on feature.
Used for connecting a serial RS-232 interface to the control the USBHub3c through the expansion interface connector. Screw terminals are provided for the RS-232 interface. While this board provides for wiring connections, a host machine external to the USBHub3c is required for this control interface. The Serial Control software feature for USBHub3c is required for this interface board to function. Included with purchase of a USBHub3c with Serial Control add-on feature.
USB-C to USB-C USB4 (40Gbps) cable with coaxial SuperSpeed lines, support for 5A charging. Ideal for use with the Acroname USB-C-Switch and the USBHub3c.
1.5ft, 10Gbps USB A male to USB-C male cable, 10Gbps, 3A for use with the 4-Port, Acroname USB-C Switch and beyond.
