The Benewake CE30-D is a solid-state LiDAR with a 60° by 9° FoV. This sensor has a range of 0.4m (1.3ft) to 30m (98.4ft) with a 1cm (0.4inch) resolution. The CE30-D has no mechanical rotating components internally, and an IP65 rating which provides very high reliability and stability. With a UDP interface this sensor runs off of 12VDC.
The LightWare SF23/B is a very low power LiDAR that can be used in energy critical applications where batteries or solar cells are used. Weighing 10g, it can run from voltages as low as 3.2V and has an average current consumption of less than 2mA when taking one reading per second. The measuring range of the SF23/B is 0.2 to 50 meters, and features a serial interface.
YDLIDAR G4 is a 360º laser range scanner (LIDAR). With both a USB Type-C and PH2.0-5P bus interface, this sensor runs off of 5V and uses a brushless motor drive to scan at a sampling frequency of 9000 readings per second up to 16m (52.4ft) distances. YDLIDAR also has a user-friendly software interface and point cloud map to quickly get up and running with.
