The TF03 is a low-cost, compact, long-range (up to 180m) industrial level LiDAR range sensor. With a blind spot of only 0.1m and accuracy of within 1%, this product is applicable to the terrain following of drones, the collision avoidance of cars, intelligent transportation and industrial safety warning.
The TFMini Plus is a single-point short-range ToF (Time of Flight) LiDAR sensor capable of measuring the distance to an object from 0.1m up to 12m. Unlike the original TFMini, the TFMini Plus has a full casing with an IP65 rating while still only weighing in at 11g.
The LightWare SF23/B is a very low power LiDAR that can be used in energy critical applications where batteries or solar cells are used. Weighing 10g, it can run from voltages as low as 3.2V and has an average current consumption of less than 2mA when taking one reading per second. The measuring range of the SF23/B is 0.2 to 50 meters, and features a serial interface.
The LightWare SF22/C is a LiDAR API development kit that can be used to test out new applications before investing in more expensive devices. The measuring range is from 0.2m to 100m and is Class 1M eye safe. It is a small form factor, general purpose laser sensor that measures the distance to objects by ToF (time of flight) of a laser flash 10 to 100 times a second. The SF22/C can interface using serial, I2C and USB, and is tolerant to changes in background lighting conditions, wind and noise.
TeraRanger Evo 60m (with USB interface) is an LED-based time-of-flight (TOF) distance sensor, touting calibrated distance readings in millimeters with a range up to 60m, all in a very small and lightweight package. Ideal for eye-safe applications, EVO's LED technology utilizes a Field of View (FoV) to measure distance within the FoV area.
TeraRanger Evo 64px (with an I2C/UART interface) is a LED-based time-of-flight (TOF) distance sensor, with 64 individual distance readings in an 8 by 8 matrix. The Evo 64px has a 15° Field of View (FoV) with a range of 0.1m (4in) to 5m (16.4ft) and an update rate of up to 130 frames per second.
The SRF01 is a single transducer ultrasonic rangefinder in a very small footprint PCB with a single pin Serial interface. The SRF01 can measure in cm or Inches. In standard mode the SRF01 measures from approx 18cm (7in) to 600cm (19ft). In Advanced mode it is possible for the SRF01 to measure range all the way down to zero.
The SRF02 is a single transducer ultrasonic rangefinder with both I2C and Serial interfaces. The SRF02 can measure in cm or Inches from approx 15cm (6in) to 600cm (19ft).
